Co-supervision of a 2-month M1 student project (2023) at CRCT.

Goal: prepare the ground for methylation-based tumor classification for CUP syndromes.

  • Data: collection/scraping + preprocessing and quality checks.
  • Work: exploratory classification baselines; reproduction of results from key papers.
  • Outcome: foundational dataset + pipeline that enabled the follow-up 6-month MSc internship.
